** PTAA Fate letter jacket purchased by the school includes vinyl sleeves, school letter P and up to 2 school letter Swiss inserts sewn onto the P of a sport or organization that has been lettered in.  The inserts sewn onto the school letter are not Sleeve Patches. (The School Does not purchase any Personalization such as Sleeve Patches, Name on Back or Front.)
